Buying from Justcheaper you Accept that:

You are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Familiarize yourself with equipment's capabilities and its/your limitations.

Justcheaper recommend that every climber seek Qualified instructions and to follow all manufacturer's directions.

Justcheaper are not liable for any injuries related to items bought from this site. If you feel they are unsafe do not use the item, replace them if you have any doubts.

Justcheaper's sales are valid once you have logged in and registered- Most specials expire on the 26th of each month. Unless withdrawn earlier without prior notice or sold out during this time..

Justcheaper has the right to refuse any sale, if an error has been made on price or what ever reason we feel fit.

You agree with Justcheaper's "Reward Terms And Conditions" and that may be updated/Changed without Notice at any time.

Price Match Policy:

Please complete the price match form available on every product page AFTER you have placed the order and we will refund the difference if they meet these conditions below.

4 - If we feel the price is not correct we have the right to refuse the price match and will give you a full refund for the item in question.

We have allowed out off stock items to be still bought off our site

Gift Cards are valid only for 12 months (unless otherwise specified) from the date of issue
Gift Cards are non-transferable
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash
If you buy a gift card and pay via Bank deposit you will receive the coupon code straight away but it will be in the pending state and you will be unable to use it until the funds have clears in our account.
If you redeem a gift card it will be non-transferable and will be like store credit that can also be view Via the "MY ACCOUNT" section up the top of each page.

These sales are only for in stock items. SO no backorder unless we agree prior to this via email.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 3 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us HERE within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still fixed. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. JustCheaper will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
